128

If a teacher-employee applies for MPO by submitting false information or fake paper, the head of the institution and the president will have to take the responsibility. Legal action will also be taken against the teachers and staff who gave false information. And if the involvement of the officers and employees of any department of education or any office under it is proved with such irregularities, departmental legal action will be taken against them.
With such a provision, the Ministry of Education has issued MPO policy and manpower structure for schools and colleges. The policy was released on Monday (March 29) by the ministry’s secondary and higher education department.

Policy 16. Article 9 states that the teacher concerned, the head of the staff organization, the chairman of the managing committee or the chairman of the governing body will be responsible for sending the application despite the non-availability of false information, concealment of information, submission of fake documents. If the Department of Secondary and Higher Education or any office under it finds evidence of involvement of any officer or employee for such irregularities, departmental legal action will be taken against them.
